Exclusive houses for the caretakers have also been constructed right adjacent to the goshala for round the clock monitoring of the cows. It is really a feast to watch the cows enjoying themselves in the company of calves here. Devotees visiting the goshala get a deep sense of satisfaction, as the cows are considered to be ‘kamadhenu’ and embodied with thirty three crores of devatha chaithanyas. Some of the devotees also volunteer themselves in the service of these holy cows.
The cajoling sound of ‘amba’, caressing of the calves by the cows with tender care, greeting the visitors curiously with eyes wide open and stretched neck – all these will lighten the heart of the devotees, who return with a sense of great satisfaction.
